Groew provides Search Authority (SEO), Performance Systems (Paid Media), and Narrative Architecture (Copywriting) services to founders and scaling brands. All engagements operate on rolling 90-day performance sprints unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No lock-in. We do not believe in 12-month retainer handcuffs. You are not contractually obligated beyond the current sprint cycle unless your written agreement states otherwise. We earn our place on your P&L every 90 days.
The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or client agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service offer or price quote.
This is non-negotiable. All ad accounts, analytics properties, website assets, content, and code we create or manage for you are built in your name and owned by you from Day One. If our engagement ends for any reason, you keep every asset. We will never hold your infrastructure hostage.
Upon full payment for each sprint cycle, all deliverables produced specifically for your project (copy, strategy documents, creative assets) become your intellectual property. We retain the right to reference the engagement for portfolio or case study purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
All content on groew.com — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, code, SOPs, methodology frameworks, and the Groew brand identity — is owned by Groew and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Both parties agree to treat non-public business information shared during an engagement as confidential. We will not share your business data, financials, strategy, or internal information with any third party without your explicit written consent.
We may reference the existence of a client relationship and general business outcomes in anonymised case studies unless you request full confidentiality in writing, in which case we will not reference the engagement publicly in any form.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Groew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Groew in the 90-day sprint cycle to which the claim relates.
