We began with a full technical audit. The site had crawl errors preventing Google from indexing their core service pages. Internal linking was broken. There was no structured data. The content that existed was written for the team, not for customers or search engines.

We rebuilt the technical foundation, mapped the topical architecture around B2B creative services, and built an interconnected content library structured for both Google ranking and AI citation. We also implemented entity schema so ChatGPT and Perplexity could identify and cite them accurately.

The Starting Position

The Starting Position
